Fresh tuna steaks marinated in soy and lime, grilled until seared outside and pink inside.

Ingredients

  • 2 tuna steaks (200g each)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1 Mix soy sauce, lime, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  2. 2 Marinate tuna steaks 10 minutes.
  3. 3 Heat grill or grill pan to high heat.
  4. 4 Oil the grates.
  5. 5 Grill tuna 2 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  6. 6 Rest 2 minutes, slice, and serve.
