Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh coconut toddy
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Mint leaves
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Coconut water as substitute
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. 1 Collect fresh toddy from coconut palm.
  2. 2 Strain through fine cloth.
  3. 3 Add lime juice and honey.
  4. 4 Add pinch of salt and vanilla.
  5. 5 Pour over ice in tall glasses.
  6. 6 Garnish with mint leaves.
