Ingredients

  • 6 green cooking bananas
  • Water to cover
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Lime juice
  • Coconut cream for serving
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. 1 Peel green bananas and halve.
  2. 2 Place in pot with salted water.
  3. 3 Boil 15-20 minutes until tender.
  4. 4 Drain well.
  5. 5 Toss with butter, coconut oil, and lime juice.
  6. 6 Serve with coconut cream drizzled on top.
