Ingredients

  • 500g reef fish, cut into pieces
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 slices fresh ginger
  • 2 lime leaves
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Bring water to boil with ginger and lime leaves.
  2. 2 Add fish pieces and reduce to simmer.
  3. 3 Cook 10 minutes until fish is flaky.
  4. 4 Add soy sauce and green onions.
  5. 5 Season with salt and lime juice.
  6. 6 Serve hot in bowls with rice.
