800g chicken pieces

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp vinegar

1 onion, sliced

3 cloves garlic, crushed

2 hot peppers, sliced

1 cup water

1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

Brown chicken pieces in oil on all sides.

Add onion and garlic, cook 2 minutes.

Pour in soy sauce, vinegar, and water.

Simmer covered for 30 minutes until chicken is tender.
