Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh coconut toddy sap
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Pinch of salt
  • Coconut water as substitute
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. 1 Collect fresh toddy sap from coconut palm.
  2. 2 Strain through cloth to remove debris.
  3. 3 Add lime juice and honey if desired.
  4. 4 Stir in a pinch of salt and vanilla.
  5. 5 Pour over ice.
  6. 6 Garnish with mint and serve immediately.
