Ingredients

  • 600g firm white fish fillets, cut into chunks
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 200ml water
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh green onions

Instructions
