Ingredients

  • 1 cup millet flour
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. 1 Mix millet flour with 1 cup cold water to form a smooth paste.
  2. 2 Bring 2 cups water to a boil.
  3. 3 Gradually pour the millet paste into boiling water, whisking continuously.
  4. 4 Cook on low heat for 10 minutes, whisking to prevent lumps.
  5. 5 Add sugar, vanilla, salt, and nutmeg. Stir well.
  6. 6 Serve warm in cups or bowls.
