Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets
  • 1 bunch mustard greens
  • 3 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. 1 Layer mustard greens in pot bottom.
  2. 2 Add sliced tomatoes and onion.
  3. 3 Place fish fillets on top.
  4. 4 Season with salt and lemon.
  5. 5 Cover tightly and steam 25 minutes.
