Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch pumpkin leaves, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Pinch of baking soda
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. 1 Wash and chop pumpkin leaves.
  2. 2 Sauté onion in oil until soft.
  3. 3 Add tomatoes and cook down.
  4. 4 Add leaves and baking soda, stir.
  5. 5 Cover and cook 10 minutes until tender.
