4 ripe bananas, mashed

150g rice flour

100g brown sugar or honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

Banana leaves for wrapping

Instructions

Combine ground peanuts, rice flour, and salt.

Mash bananas and mix with sugar and vanilla.

Combine wet and dry mixtures into a thick paste.

Lay out softened banana leaves and spread mixture into a log shape.
