Mix flour, egg, water, and salt into a smooth elastic dough. Knead 5 min, rest 20 min.

Combine curd cheese with dill, egg yolk, salt, and pepper for filling.

Roll dough thin, cut 7cm circles. Place a teaspoon of filling on each, fold into crescents, press edges firmly.

Boil in salted water for 3-4 min until they float and dough is tender.
