A no-bake chocolate log made with broken biscuits, butter, cocoa, and condensed milk, sliced into dense, fudgy rounds.
Ingredients

200g butter

100g sugar

3 tbsp cocoa powder

1 egg

100ml condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

400g plain biscuits, broken into chunks
Instructions

Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in sugar, cocoa, and vanilla until dissolved.

Remove from heat, cool slightly, then whisk in egg and condensed milk.

Fold in broken biscuit pieces until all are coated in chocolate mixture.

Spoon onto plastic wrap, shape into a tight log about 6cm in diameter. Wrap tightly and twist ends.

Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight until firm. Slice into 1cm rounds to serve.
