A no-bake chocolate log made with broken biscuits, butter, cocoa, and condensed milk, sliced into dense, fudgy rounds.

Ingredients

  • 200g butter
  • 100g sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • 100ml condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 400g plain biscuits, broken into chunks

Instructions

  1. 1 Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in sugar, cocoa, and vanilla until dissolved.
  2. 2 Remove from heat, cool slightly, then whisk in egg and condensed milk.
  3. 3 Fold in broken biscuit pieces until all are coated in chocolate mixture.
  4. 4 Spoon onto plastic wrap, shape into a tight log about 6cm in diameter. Wrap tightly and twist ends.
  5. 5 Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight until firm. Slice into 1cm rounds to serve.
