Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
