Ingredients
300g cornmeal
300g fresh spinach, finely chopped
150g white cheese, crumbled
3 eggs
100ml yogurt
50g butter, melted
1 tsp baking powder
Salt to taste
Instructions
1Wash and finely chop the fresh spinach.
2In a large bowl, combine cornmeal, chopped spinach, crumbled white cheese, baking powder, and salt.
3Beat the eggs with yogurt and melted butter, then add to the dry mixture.
4Stir until a thick batter forms, adding a splash of water if too thick.
5Pour into a greased baking tray and smooth the top.
6Bake at 190°C for thirty-five to forty minutes until the top is golden and a skewer comes out clean.
