500g mixed fresh fish (grouper, snapper), cut into pieces

2 potatoes, cubed

2 carrots, sliced

1 bouillon cube

Heat oil in a pot. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.

Add tomatoes and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add water, potatoes, carrots, bouillon, and salt. Bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes.
