A thick, creamy smoothie blended with Icelandic skyr, wild berries, and honey. High in protein and deeply refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 300g Icelandic skyr (plain)
  • 150g frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 150ml milk
  • 2 tbsp Icelandic honey
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. 1 Add skyr, frozen berries, banana, milk, and honey to a blender.
  2. 2 Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until completely smooth and thick.
  3. 3 Add ice cubes if a colder, thicker consistency is desired and blend briefly.
  4. 4 Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
