Ingredients

  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups refried red beans
  • 1 cup queso fresco, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup crema or sour cream
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Salt
  • Hot sauce for serving

Instructions
