Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar plus extra for dusting
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
