Instructions

    Rub butter into flour until it resembles breadcrumbs. Add egg yolk and water to form dough. Chill 30 minutes.

    Sauté onion, brown mince, add potatoes, carrot, curry, thyme, bouillon, and water. Cook until tender. Cool.

    Roll out pastry, cut circles. Place filling on half, fold and seal with a fork.

    Brush with beaten egg. Bake at 180C for 25-30 minutes until golden.

    Cool slightly and serve.
