Instructions

Mix melted butter and sugar. Beat in egg. Stir in flour, baking powder, and cardamom until smooth.

Press dough into a buttered 24cm pie dish, pushing up the sides to form an even crust.

Spread blueberries evenly over the crust. Sprinkle with remaining sugar.

Bake at 200°C for 25-30 min until crust is golden and berries are bubbling.
