Ingredients

  • 250g canton egg noodles
  • 200g chicken breast, sliced thin
  • 150g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • Calamansi halves
  • Fried garlic

Instructions

  1. 1 Soak canton noodles in warm water for 5 minutes until pliable. Drain.
  2. 2 Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry chicken until cooked, about 3 minutes. Add shrimp, cook 2 minutes. Set aside.
  3. 3 SautƩ garlic and onion for 1 minute. Add carrots, cabbage, and snap peas, stir-fry 3 minutes.
  4. 4 Add noodles, pour soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken broth over them. Toss continuously.
  5. 5 Return chicken and shrimp. Toss everything together until noodles absorb the sauce, about 3 minutes.
  6. 6 Serve topped with fried garlic and calamansi halves for squeezing.
