Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 3 fresh red or green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, very finely diced
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tomato, finely diced
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. 1 Finely chop the chilies, keeping seeds for extra heat or removing for milder sauce.
  2. 2 Very finely dice the onion and tomato.
  3. 3 Combine coconut cream, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
  4. 4 Add the chopped chilies, onion, and tomato.
  5. 5 Stir well and let sit for ten minutes to meld flavors.
  6. 6 Serve at room temperature alongside any Fijian meal.
