Ingredients

  • 500ml hapupiim (Estonian sour milk) or full-fat kefir
  • 2 tbsp sugar or honey
  • 100g fresh strawberries or blueberries
  • 2 tbsp kama flour (optional)
  • Fresh mint

Instructions
