  • 1.5 cups brown lentils
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 5 cups water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh cilantro

Instructions
