A vibrant medley of fresh tropical fruits dressed with lime juice and a whisper of honey. Mangoes, papayas, pineapple, and bananas combine in a refreshing celebration of equatorial abundance.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 ripe papaya, peeled, seeded, and cubed
  • 1/2 pineapple, peeled and cubed
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • Juice of 3 limes
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. 1 Prepare all the fruits: peel and cube the mangoes, papaya, and pineapple. Slice the bananas. Place everything in a large bowl.
  2. 2 Whisk together the lime juice, honey, and ground cinnamon in a small bowl until the honey dissolves completely.
  3. 3 Pour the lime-honey dressing over the fruits and toss gently to coat without bruising the delicate banana slices.
  4. 4 Refrigerate for fifteen minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the fruits to chill.
  5. 5 Serve in individual bowls, garnished with torn fresh mint leaves for a cooling, aromatic finish.
