Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 100ml milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • Butter and oil for frying

Instructions

  1. 1 Mix ground beef with grated onion, egg, flour, milk, salt, pepper, and allspice until smooth.
  2. 2 Let mixture rest 15 min in fridge to firm.
  3. 3 Shape into oval patties with wet hands.
  4. 4 Heat butter and oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. 5 Fry patties 5-6 min per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. 6 Serve hot with boiled potatoes, red cabbage, and brown gravy.
