Whisk flour, eggs, milk, sugar, and salt into a thin, smooth batter. Rest 15 min.

Heat a thin layer of butter in a crepe pan over medium heat.

Pour a thin layer of batter, swirl to coat. Cook 1-2 min until set.

Flip, cook 30 sec more.

Spread with jam, roll up tightly.
