Ingredients
2 large ripe avocados
1 small white onion, thinly sliced
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 2 limes
Salt
Fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
1Halve avocados, remove pits, and slice into thick crescents. Arrange on a plate.
2Scatter thinly sliced onion over the avocado.
3Drizzle generously with olive oil and lime juice.
4Season with salt.
