The Story Behind Lulada
Lulada originated in Cali and the Valle del Cauca region, where the tropical climate demands cold, refreshing drinks. Lulo, a tart citrus-like fruit native to the Colombian Andes, gives the drink an electric tanginess found nowhere else. Lulada is Cali's answer to Bogota's hot chocolate.
