Ingredients
400g glutinous rice soaked overnight
200g chicken thigh diced
2 Chinese sausages diced
4 dried shiitake mushrooms soaked and diced
2 salted egg yolks
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Dried lotus leaves soaked
Instructions
1Par-cook the soaked glutinous rice by steaming for twenty minutes.
2Stir-fry chicken, sausage, and mushrooms with oyster sauce and soy sauce.
3Place a portion of rice on a softened lotus leaf, add filling and egg yolk.
4Wrap tightly into a parcel and secure.
5Steam the parcels for thirty minutes until fully cooked and fragrant.
