Ingredients

  • 200g rice vermicelli
  • 100g chicken breast thinly sliced
  • 100g pork loin thinly sliced
  • 50g fish fillet thinly sliced
  • Bean sprouts, greens, tofu skin
  • Rich chicken broth
  • Chili oil on top
  • Quail eggs
  • Salt and white pepper

Instructions

  1. 1 Prepare the ultra-rich chicken broth and keep at a rolling boil.
  2. 2 Arrange all raw ingredients on separate small plates.
  3. 3 Pour boiling broth into a large bowl, let the oil layer seal in the heat.
  4. 4 Slide raw meats into the broth first, stirring gently to cook.
  5. 5 Add vegetables and rice noodles, let sit two minutes before eating.
