Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • Vegetable oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. 1 Mix flour, sugar, yeast, cardamom, and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the center.
  2. 2 Beat the egg and combine with coconut milk, then pour into the flour well and mix until a soft dough forms.
