Ingredients

  • 1 cup sorghum meal
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. 1 Mix sorghum meal with 1 cup cold water to make a smooth paste.
  2. 2 Bring remaining water and milk to a boil.
  3. 3 Pour the sorghum paste into the boiling liquid, stirring continuously.
  4. 4 Reduce heat and cook 10 minutes, stirring to prevent lumps.
  5. 5 Add sugar and salt. Serve warm.
