2 carrots, grated

1 green pepper, diced

1 red pepper, diced

2 tomatoes, chopped

1 large onion, chopped

1 green chilli, chopped

Heat oil in a pot, sauté onion until translucent.

Add peppers and carrots. Cook 5 minutes.

Add tomatoes, curry powder, and chilli. Stir and cook 5 minutes.
