Ingredients

  • 1 cup sorghum meal
  • 1 medium lerotse melon, peeled and grated
  • 3 cups water
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1 Boil grated lerotse in water until soft, about 15 minutes.
  2. 2 Slowly add sorghum meal while stirring continuously.
  3. 3 Cook on low heat, stirring frequently, until thick, about 15 minutes.
  4. 4 Add salt and optional sugar.
