Ingredients

  • 4 firm tomatoes finely diced
  • 1 large onion finely diced
  • 1 scotch bonnet pepper minced
  • 2 limes juiced
  • salt to taste
  • fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  1. 1 Dice tomatoes into small uniform pieces.
  2. 2 Finely dice the onion and mince the scotch bonnet pepper.
  3. 3 Combine all vegetables in a bowl.
  4. 4 Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and season with salt.
