Ingredients

  • 1 cup fermented corn dough
  • 4 cups cold water
  • sugar to taste
  • ice cubes
  • vanilla extract optional

Instructions

  1. 1 Dissolve fermented corn dough in cold water, mixing until smooth.
  2. 2 Strain through a fine sieve to remove any lumps.
  3. 3 Add sugar to taste and stir well.
  4. 4 Add vanilla if desired.
  5. 5 Serve over ice in tall glasses.
