1 lb conch meat tenderized and diced

2 potatoes diced

1 carrot diced

1 onion diced

2 cloves garlic minced

1 bell pepper diced

2 tbsp butter

1 tsp thyme

1 scotch bonnet pepper

salt and pepper to taste

Tenderize conch by pounding with a mallet, then dice.

Sauté onion, garlic, bell pepper, and carrot in butter until soft.
