1 lb salted fish soaked overnight

1 cassava peeled and cut

Boil cassava, sweet potato, yam, and plantains in salted water until tender.

In a separate pot, simmer soaked salted fish with coconut milk, garlic, and onion.

Hard-boil the eggs. Peel and halve.
