500g cottage cheese (farmer's cheese), drained

3 tablespoons flour

2 tablespoons sugar

Pinch of salt

Butter for frying

Sour cream for serving
Instructions

Mix cottage cheese with egg, flour, sugar, and salt until combined.

Form into small patties about 2cm thick.

Dredge lightly in extra flour.

Fry in butter over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
