300g flour

150ml warm water

1 teaspoon yeast

1 teaspoon sugar

Pinch of salt

200ml sour cream

200g mushrooms, sliced

1 onion, sliced into rings

150g hard cheese, grated

Fresh herbs
Instructions

Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and warm water into a soft dough. Knead 5 minutes.

Let rise 30 minutes until doubled.

Roll dough into a round about 30cm across.

Spread sour cream over the surface.

Top with mushrooms, onion rings, and grated cheese.

Bake at 200C for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
