Ingredients

  • 600g potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 300g mixed mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1 Boil potato slices until just tender, drain.
  2. 2 Saute mushrooms in butter until golden and liquid evaporates.
  3. 3 Add onion and garlic, cook 3 minutes.
  4. 4 Add potato slices, toss together and fry until edges are crispy.
  5. 5 Season with salt and pepper, top with fresh dill.
