Grilled Spiny Lobster Tail

Bahamian spiny lobster tails split and grilled with garlic butter and lime. A premium island delicacy.

Ingredients

  • 4 spiny lobster tails
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. 1 Split lobster tails lengthwise through the top shell.
  2. 2 Combine melted butter, garlic, lime juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3 Brush lobster meat generously with garlic butter mixture.
  4. 4 Preheat grill to high heat.
  5. 5 Place lobster tails shell-side down on grill. Cook 5 minutes.
  6. 6 Flip and grill meat-side down for 2 minutes.
  7. 7 Baste with remaining butter. Serve immediately.
