Two opposite corners of a Tim Tam chocolate biscuit are bitten off and used as a straw to suck up hot coffee, then the melting biscuit is devoured whole.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Tim Tam biscuits
  • 1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee or hot chocolate

Instructions

  1. 1 Brew a cup of hot coffee or hot chocolate in your favourite mug.
  2. 2 Take a Tim Tam biscuit and bite off one diagonally opposite corner.
  3. 3 Bite off the other diagonally opposite corner to create a channel through the biscuit.
  4. 4 Dip one bitten end into the hot drink and use the Tim Tam as a straw, sucking the liquid through.
  5. 5 When you feel the biscuit start to soften and collapse, quickly pop the entire melting Tim Tam into your mouth.
