Ingredients
2 cups coarse cassava flour (farinha de mandioca)
2 tbsp palm oil
1 onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1Heat palm oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2Saute onion and garlic until lightly golden.
3Add cassava flour and stir constantly, toasting evenly for 5-7 minutes.
4Season with salt. Toss in parsley.
5Serve warm sprinkled over beans, rice, or stews.
