3. 3 Add the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder to the wet mixture, stirring gently with a spatula until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
4. 4 Fold in the chocolate chips, then pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly with the spatula.
5. 5 Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs attached, indicating the perfect fudgy texture.
